Orma C. Smith is the Owner of Orma Smith Consulting, LLC. In her 20 years in the field of education, she has served as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Orma’s mission is to ensure that all children and families have access to high quality education and resources to facilitate positive life choices.
What We Offer
Mental Health & Wellness Services
We provide individual counseling to promote personal mental health and wellness. Confidential sessions are provided to individuals in a private setting.
Supervision Services for LLPCs
We provide supervision services for Limited License Professional Counselors (LLPCs) who are working to obtain full licensure.
Psychoeducational Workshops
We offer psychoeducational workshops to students, parents, and staff. Topics include: Bullying/Cyberbullying, Building Empathy, Effective Communication, Emotional Self-Regulation, Managing Conflict, Healthy Relationships, Personal Responsibility and Self-Care Skills.
College Preparation/ Access Tools
We deliver training and professional development for school counselors, students, families, and businesses. Topics include but are not limited to: Navigating the College Admissions Process, Financing College, Building a College-Going Culture, and Partnering for Post-secondary Success.
